Navy open-toe heels

While the best fashion statement one could make when wearing open-toe heels is to do so with bare legs, it is not a fashion faux-pas these days to wear tights. Some women, for a variety of reasons, feel uncomfortable showcasing their legs, but still want to wear skirts or dresses alongside stylish open-toe shoes. If this describes you, make sure to at least where dark colors like navy or chocolate brown. And if you are unsure what color would be best, then stick with black, it’s an easy choice.
