If you don’t want your little ones to have to eat their fruit cup, pudding, sandwich or other food items at room temperature, place an ice pack in their little lunch boxes when they go off to school or daycare. Also great for a family picnic or short road trip. Make sure to do your research to see which ice packs stay cold the longest and which ones don’t build up condensation or “sweat” all over the food.
