When looking for headphone that will protect your ears, how much noise they suppress is only part of what you should be looking into. You also want comfort. Look at the padding on the ear cups and determine if they will be comfortable when worn for a long period of time. Don’t overlook the padding on the top, either. A hard plastic band can really start to hurt your head fairly quickly. And finally look for something that isn’t so tight that it will give you a headache.
